"Braggin' Rights"
We know we shouldn't brag; but, when the customer requests we post their letter, who are we to argue?
{Emailed to service@allcertifiedrvservice.com from Jerry L. Sweeney on 7/30/08: Mike - I am not sure where to post this information - perhaps the web-master can post it in the proper place.}

I want to report on the best RV service I have encountered in my three years of full timing -

All Certified RV Service was recommended by Mark Stanley from Mandalay for warranty work on our motor home - I will tell you they are one of the best (the best I have encountered).

They are a family owned (and employed) business.  Judy Miether (mother), Mike Miether (son) and Jerry (son-in-law) were the three people we dealt with personally - Mike doing most of the repair service.

We had major issues with our 2007 40F - Keyless Entry System, GFI wiring, three major water leaks, passenger side front slide, and other miscellaneous issues.  The Keyless Entry System has never worked properly since the day we drove the motor home off the sales lot - it now does!  The system was wired wrong at the factory when the coach was built - the wiring diagram for our coach was not how the coach was wired - electrical components which should have been in one location were in a completely separate and distinct location, etc.

The GFI cicuits had power to some of the receptacles, some did not.  Mike found a loose hot wire in the recptacle box that supplies power to the entertainment system in the basement.  Mike had said that he would not let us leave knowing there was a broken or loose hot wire in the system somewhere.  After many hours of searching and testing - he found it.  Just think what could have happened if that hot wire had sparked when we were in a gas station filling with diesel!

The water leaks were located and repaired.  The slide now works properly.

We now have a "new coach" and if it were not for All Certified RV Service and Repair - I still would be an "unhappy camper".

I have decided if in the future I have other problems - I will return to Forsyth, Missouri to Mike and his crew.

They are the Best of the Best!!
